Chris Brown, Manager of Scheduling and Operations 

In his role as the Manager of Scheduling and Operations, Chris is responsible for the physical movement of natural gas from our suppliers to our end-use customers. His team manages all nomination, scheduling, and balancing activities for Mansfield Power and Gas, LLC with interstate pipelines and local distribution company counterparties.  

Mr. Brown has spent 13 years directly involved in the transportation of natural gas in the midstream and distribution segments. Prior to joining Mansfield, Mr. Brown was the Gas Operations Analyst for Southern Company Gas (Atlanta Gas Light), responsible for the team confirming all natural gas delivered to all of the LDC’s in Southern Company’s portfolio. Prior to being promoted to Analyst, Mr. Brown acted as the lead Gas Controller for the NICOR transmission system controlling and monitoring the delivery of natural gas to 2 million plus customers in the Chicago metro area. He began his career in energy as a Gas Scheduler and Analyst at Quantum Gas & Power Services in Houston, TX and has been with Mansfield since 2018.
