Ethan Rozier - Systems and Process Improvement Director

In his role as Director of Systems and Process Improvement, Ethan is responsible for implementing, updating, and maintaining the systems and processes MPG utilizes to ensure operational excellence.  

Ethan graduated from Georgia Tech in 2016 with a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering and began his career at Mansfield shortly after. After gaining experience as a Business Analyst, where he provided process and data support for the Middle Office, he moved to scheduling. His continued support in data management, as well as successfully leading an ETRM upgrade project, preceded his recent promotion to Director of Systems and Process Improvement.
