Matt Rochlin, Sr. Counsel, Mansfield Power & Gas   

As Sr. Counsel for Mansfield Power and Gas, LLC (MPG), Matt is responsible for providing legal advice to MPG designed to help MPG grow while mitigating risk. Through consultations and contract negotiations, Matt provides reliable guidance in the development of various partner agreements, and is charged with managing any MPG litigation efforts, collections actions and customer bankruptcy actions. Matt arrived at MPG after two years in private practice where he worked as a general practitioner.
